Reminder: Online registration for the 2026-2027 school year opens on Tuesday, July 7, at 7:00 a.m.

All returning students must complete annual registration before the first day of school. Families will need to provide proof of residency and valid identification during the registration process.

The countdown to a new school year is on, and two Hitchcock ISD campuses are inviting families to stop by, meet their campus leaders, and kick off the year together!

Stewart Elementary School will host Meet the Principals on Tuesday, July 28, at 5:00 p.m. in the school library. Families will have the opportunity to meet Principal Dr. Tamikia Greene-Chavis and Assistant Principal Lynelle Rutledge, ask questions, and learn more about the upcoming school year. Light refreshments will be served.

As part of this fresh start, ParentSquare is no longer active for our district. We have officially closed that chapter to make room for something even better! We are currently setting up a brand-new, user-friendly parent communication app designed to make school updates and teacher messaging easier than ever.
